MLA Erin Babcock is a licensed practical nurse and specialized in the acute stroke and geriatric unit at the Royal Alexandra Hospital.
She relocated from Saskatchewan to Alberta to further her education at NorQuest College in Edmonton. In the past, MLA Babcock has sat on the board of directors for the Special Olympics in Kindersley, Saskatchewan.
In addition to her work as the MLA for Stony Plain, she serves as the deputy chair of the Standing Committee on Privileges and Elections, Standing Orders and Printing, as a member of the Standing Committee on Private Bills and as a member of the Standing Committee on Resource Stewardship.
She resides in Stony Plain with her children and partner, Will Gammon.
